Emma has the greatest Daddy ever! We had so much fun cleaning and getting ready for an early Father's Day while Daddy took a break and went golfing! Emma helped make Daddy a Scooby Doo Cake because Scooby Doo is her favorite. She helped pour the cake mix, measure out the water and oil, crack the eggs (which was funny!) and mix it up! We had so much fun! When Daddy came home we gave him BIG hugs and BIG kisses! We are lucky to have him! Happy Father's Day everyone!

Hawaii-June 2009

Jason and I just got back from Hawaii. As hard as it was to be away from Emma, we needed a vacation, and Emma (and Ga Ga and Mimi who were watching over her in FL) called every day! In Hawaii we went to the Dole Pineapple factory where Jason decided our new goal was to learn how to plant pineapples in pots at home in FL! We also went snorkeling to find turtles, walked through botanical gardens, hit the beach, and tried cuisine unique to Hawaii. Overall, we had a nice trip and thank the convertible we rented for our slight tans!

Our New Home

We are working on making our new house a new home! Emma loves the "yellow house" and plays on the porch every day that it's not raining! Her favorite thing to do is take her babies on a walk in the wagon around the block. So far our neighbors are great! There are lots of little kids living on our block and nearby for Emma to play with. Our lawn took alot of work to get it looking this way. As a foreclosed home you should have seen the horrible landscaping and dead dirt they called grass! We pulled out palm trees and open up the space so we can sit out on our porch at night, people watch, and relax under the night sky on cool summer nights!

Monkey Joes with Daddy

Daddy loves to play with Emma at Monkey Joes while mommy laughs at both of them! They are silly!

Lunch at Buca Di Beppos

After Monkey Joes Daddy suggested we go to Buca Di Beppos for lunch. There Emma ate plain noodles and everything else on the table! We sat by a curtained room where she thought Scooby Doo and the Creeper monster were hiding which excited her!

Emma loved going to Monkey Joes with Mommy and Daddy. We jumped and jumped and laughed and laughed! It was so much fun. What a great way to spend the day! We even ran into our friends William and Christina. Emma is so independently. She loves jumping with the other kids! She has so much fun with her Daddy too who is just a big kid at heart!

Mother's Day 2009

Daddy and Emma took me out to EPCOT's Flower and Garden Festival to celebrate Mother's Day! Too bad it was a week early! OOPS! The good news is that the weather was beautiful, it wasn't crowded, and we got into my FAVORITE Disney restaurant, Le Cellier (Canada Steakhouse), as a walk-in after trying to get in for months. Emma loved the butterly garden and finding the TinkerBell topiaries! What a great early Mother's Day!
